WMMIC's video library is available to all members at no charge as part of our on-going loss control effort. The library contains various hard-copy DVDs and online DVD programs to supplement a member's in-house risk management training program. New videos are added periodically in order to stay current on the latest loss control topics and maintain a quality library that satisfies today's diverse municipal government training needs.
WMMIC encourages video training as part of the initial training for new employees and to refresh and reinforce good and safe practices for all employees. Furthermore, we recommend the documentation of training efforts. By maintaining an accurate employee training record, municipalities can identify the training needs for each employee as well as mitigate exposures that may result from insufficient or improper training.
